A Soulful Beginning: Connect with nature and awaken your vision for 2027

A gentle New Year retreat to shake off the remnants of 2026,  nurture your vision for 2027 and feel inspired by the natural world

This is your opportunity to ease yourself into the new year with calm, clarity, and connection. 'A Soulful Beginning' invites you to pause after the craziness of the festive period and let the experiences of the past year settle behind you. We will then gently plant the seeds of your 2027 vision.

We’ll gather in a cosy, firelit space before venturing into the woods for an immersive forest bathing experience, where you will reconnect with nature and also with yourself. You will be guided through a nature ritual to support you in letting go of all that has happened in the past year.

We will return the Hall feeling rested and inspired, where you’ll enjoy homemade cake and hot drinks before a vision board workshop guided by meditation and essential oils.

Together, we’ll honour the year gone by, awaken to new possibilities, and create intentions that feel aligned and authentic

For those seeking rest, renewal, and a soulful start to the year ahead.

This is for you if:

🌱You want to get intentional about the year ahead and give yourself permission to let go of the year gone by

🌱You want to prioritise yourself and your vision this year

🌱You feel a bit flat and tired as we enter a new calendar year

🌱 You want to reconnect with your senses and feel a sense of calm wash over you as you connect with nature

🌱You want to inject some uplifting, expansive energy into new year

🌱You need a little guidance and support from a professional coach and nature therapy guide

The Day:

✨ We will begin our journey together with a welcome circle, reflecting on our intentions for the day

✨ We will head out into the forest for our forest bathing experience. You will be guided through invitations to help you find stillness, reawaken your senses and find inspiration with nature as your guide. Expect a deeply restorative experience for body, mind and spirit

✨ Out in the woods you will experience a beautiful Letting Go Ritual with the help of mother nature. A moment to reflect and honour the year gone by and prepare to let go of all the good, the bad and the messy of 2026

✨ We will return to our cosy, firelit space at Lytham Hall for homemade cake and hot drinks.

✨ It’s time to get creative! You will be guided through a visualisation to help you bring forth your vision for 2027 and then create a vision board for the year ahead, (lots of lovely crafty materials provided!)

✨ I will also introduce you to plant medicine that can help you manifest your dreams and support your journey in 2027

✨ You will share the experience with a small group of like- minded wildlings who are ready to be the creators of their own beautiful life

Your Guide:

If you are new here, hello! My name is Georgie, I am a certified Nature Therapy Guide and professional coach. I am on a mission to help people feel more connected to themselves, to nature and to each other.

What is Forest Bathing?

Forest bathing is a therapeutic practice where you are invited to mindfully explore the forest with all of your senses.

The practice has its roots in Japan, where it is called Shinrin-yoku (shinrin means ‘forest’ and ‘yoku means ‘bath’ ) and so shinrin-yoku means to bathe in the atmosphere of the forest. It is immersive, sensory and deeply restorative but I promise you can keep your clothes on!

Often when we are out in nature we have a purpose – we are exercising, walking the dog, counting steps, chatting with friends or out with our kids. Forest bathing is the opposite of this… it is simply ‘being’ in nature. To be 'here', not 'there'. You will be guided through a series of invitations to help you slow down and awaken your senses so that you can experience nature's medicine

When we open our senses to the forest, we begin to connect with her. There is a felt sense that we belong to the natural world. And when we connect with the forest something amazing happens – we begin to connect with ourselves 💚

“Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?”
— Mary Oliver

A few words from previous guests:

"Thank you for providing such a comfortable space for us to breathe, connect with ourselves and nature, be playful and take a moment away from Life. What you do is really important and very needed."

"The Wild Revival Forest Bathing experience was everything I could have hoped for and more. Just those few hours felt restorative for my soul. Recently I have been drawn to nature on a deeper level than ever before, finding it grounding during some challenging times in my life. However, having Georgie there as a guide was like having an incredibly insightful, wise and calming friend who was welcoming you back to a home where you've always belonged. In a world where it feels like we're all trying to get from A - B, remembering how to just 'be', to slow it down and be okay with the stillness, and to take in the little details afforded by nature, is much harder than it sounds. But Georgie makes this easier through her gentle sincerity and authentic connection with nature."

“This was my first Forest Retreat with Georgie at and it did not disappoint. The sessions was original, fascinating and mindful, whilst still being joyful. I felt that Georgie really had our individual interests at heart. The whole day was an absolute pleasure and I found it so fulfilling and beneficial.I cannot wait to see you again on your next retreat.”

"Thank you Georgie for an amazing experience this morning. My friend and I enjoyed every moment of it and look forward to joining another session soon. What more could one ask for on a Sunday morning."

Your investment: £57.00 for the retreat, including tea, cake, all activities and materials
