This is a space for businesses, groups and charities who want to offer a bespoke wellness experience in nature for their teams or community.

Nature connection has been recognised as a powerful way to enhance workplace wellbeing and increase overall performance. We are unfortunately in the midst of a mental health crisis in the UK, and the pressure of our fast-paced modern lives is a contributing factor. It has become the norm to spend most of the day indoors, sitting at a computer screen or with our heads in our phones, feeling overwhelmed by everything we need to do.

My intention is to create memorable and joyful experiences to help your community restore their connection with nature and therefore improve their overall mental and physical wellbeing. You will also find that the shared experience will help foster deeper connections and a sense of unity within your teams too!

Cultivating Wellness Through Connection with the Natural World.
As a nature therapist and professional coach who has transitioned from a 10-year career in the corporate world, I was no stranger to burnout and recognise now that my overall health suffered greatly from a fast paced and highly stressful working environment plus a total disconnect from the natural world.

I am passionate about improving collective wellbeing through connection and time spent in nature as I wish that these experiences were available to me and my team when we so desperately needed them.

Even in my β€˜old life’ - the one before I created my purpose-led business- my gift was helping people realise their potential and find a sense of flow in their work and personal lives. Now through my expertise in nature therapy, my work as a professional coach and my love for mindful hiking (did you know I was a qualified mountain guide too?) I want to help you and your community unlock nature's wisdom to live more balanced and happy lives.

  • Drop me a message via the contact form and we will arrange a telephone or video call to talk through the kind of experience that you have in mind for your group. On learning more about your group and requirements, I will share some nature wellness options with you and we can co-create the experience together

  • I have several beautiful locations across Lancashire and the Lake District that are perfect for group forest bathing sessions or low/ high level hikes. If you already have a specific location in mind, that is ok too! We can work with whatever natural space is available to us, or I could help scout the perfect location for your group

  • The investment for bespoke and private events varies depending on length of session, location and activities involved. I will be able to share the investment with you following our initial chat, once we have talked through your requirements

  • I also host retreats and experiences for the public and you can find them on my events page. If you are looking for a more personal experience, we can work also explore a 1:1 session with me such as a Wild Coaching day or forest bathing experience
