Awaken from your Winter Slumber!

You are invited to a Spring Day Retreat in the wilds of the Forest of Bowland to shake off the remnants of Winter and celebrate the return of Spring. The day retreat is lovingly designed to help you embrace the energies of the season: creativity, inspiration, renewal and balance for your mind, body and spirit.

Our journey together will help you deepen your connection with the natural world and your true nature

This is for you if:

-          You want a deeply restorative yet uplifting experience in nature

-          You have made a commitment to yourself to prioritise your wants and needs this year

-          You want to reconnect with nature and learn how honouring the changing seasons can improve your wellbeing

-          You are ready to shake off the last remnants of winter and inject some expansive energy into your life

-          You want to channel your creativity in a relaxed and supportive environment

-          You want the time and space to consider new ideas that you are read to into the world

-          You want to connect on an authentic level with like-minded women, and have a space where you can show up as your perfectly imperfect, wild and wonderful self!

Programme

Welcome circle

We will consider our intentions for the day, and you will be guided through a grounding meditation.

Nature connection experience in the Wilderness

An immersive experience in the wilderness at Gathering fields. You will be guided through relaxing and inspiring invitations to help you deepen your connection with nature and the changing seasons, whilst noticing how nature can help you connect with the truest, wildest version of you.

The Art of Making Plant Inks with Helen Reece – creative workshop

I am honoured that Helen Leece (holistic therapist helping people improve their wellbeing with nature) will be guiding us on this workshop. We will walk around the land seeking the new colours of Spring, you will learn how to create your own plant inks, explore how they move and feel and then create your own artwork with the inks, inspired by the wildnerness

Nourishing food – a seasonal, vegetarian lunch will be served and shared around the firepit. Plus homemade cake, raw chocolates and regular tea breaks made with foraged herbals and pure essential oils

Embody the energy of Spring

A journalling and intention setting workshop to help you shift your energy from the inward focus of Winter to the outward focus of Spring. We will bring new ideas to life and integrate the spiritual properties of plant medicine to help us breathe some fresh energy into the new season

Nature visualisation and meditation

As the day draws to a peaceful end, you will be guided through a nature visualisation and embodiment meditation to invite a deep state of relaxation and connection to your body and tour surroundings

Closing Circle – a moment to reflect on the day, acknowledge all that you are grateful for and set powerful intentions for the season ahead

Community – community and connection is at the centre of all Wild Revival retreats, offering a space where you can connect on an authentic level with like-minded women, sharing food, sharing experiences, feeling into a sense of oneness with nature and each other.  A space where you can show up as your perfectly imperfect, wild and wonderful self.
