Come journey with me through the Little Langdale Valley. We will weave together holistic coaching, mindful movement and the transformative power of nature to help you reconnect with yourself, rekindle your self-confidence and start to get excited about your vision for the future.
Maybe you have a sense of having forgotten who you are and what you want from this life. Maybe something has knocked your confidence. Maybe you have ideas and dreams that have never quite been given a voice.
That in-between place can feel overwhelming and uncertain. It is also a wonderful opportunity to make positive change in your life, with the support of a professional coach and a total immersion in nature.
This is a very special day, almost a feeling of embarking on a pilgrimage, a sacred journey to seek the truth of who you are and what you want in this life. Allowing yourself to be held by nature and filled with wonder and joy at the beauty around us and within us!
I know this valley like the back of my hand — the ancient woodland, the rivers, the flower meadows and the quiet hidden corners off the beaten track. I cant wait to share them with you!
This is for you if:
🌱 you are at a threshold in your life and not quite sure which way to go
🌱 something has knocked your confidence or your sense of self
🌱 you have ideas and dreams that have never quite been given a voice
🌱 you want protected space, gentle guidance and nature as your teacher
🌱 you are feeling called to make some meaningful change but are not sure where to start
🌱 you want to spend a day with small, warm group of women who just get it, exploring your outer and inner world
I am a professional coach, forest therapy guide and mountain leader. The experience is very much aligned to help you reconnect with the truth of who you are and what you want, helping you create meaningful change in your life and integrating your wisdom and learnings from this sacred day in nature. My intention is that you leave feeling restored, connected and ALIVE! Feeling excited about your future with a deep sense of connection, capability and trust in yourself
“Walking down to the tarn I realised I had come home to myself. I felt a peaceful sense of calm. But I also felt an inner quiet confidence knowing that I had reconnected with my intuition and therefore myself. You helped me find my sparkle again! ”
